Shark Week Palau returns for its 25th year from 28 February to 7 March 2027, hosted by Fish ‘n Fins and the Micronesian Shark Foundation. Divers join daily trips to Palau’s best shark sites in the world’s first Shark Sanctuary, contribute to citizen science research, and hear from conservation experts. The week also features a short-video competition and a gala dinner with a Palauan buffet.

PNG Fashion Week comes to APEC Haus in Port Moresby on 17–18 September 2027. As Papua New Guinea’s national platform for fashion, culture and the creative industries, it showcases local designers on the runway alongside a Designer Showroom and the Pacific+ Fashion Summit. Billed as “The Future of Culture”, the event helps designers, models, photographers and creative entrepreneurs build sustainable careers.
